The planning and optimization group is the core of our organization, responsible for applying highly analytical and quantitative approaches to deliver campaign performance. Analyst position is responsible for setting up, managing and monitoring campaign performance.
They have the ability to translate those needs into trading objectives, the willingness to implement trading strategies into trading systems, and curiosity to dive deep into large data sets, execute analysis, and develop advertiser insights.
Analyst works to ensure campaigns run smoothly – troubleshooting technical issues, delivering reports, and optimizing campaigns to client objectives, while delivering valuable insights to the client. Set up campaigns accurately in different DSPs, ensuring ad tags and creative are loaded correctly into the systems. If appropriate, make sure the creatives are approved before campaign launch date
Manage campaigns including strategy development, project management, optimizations, report delivery and client communication.
Understand client performance objectives and develop successful strategies to meet them
Have a geek-level understanding of campaign, ad server, impression, and user data that can help capitalize on key drivers of performance and identify opportunities for account growth
Provide Senior Manager or Agency Director with account updates, including new investment opportunities
Interact and collaborate with internal teams and vendors to develop a deep understanding of the capabilities and limits of the technologies we employ, including DSPs, DFA, Data providers, etc.
Organize and pivot data information in a digestible fashion
Provide strategic campaign measurement recommendations that correlate to the targeting and brand objectives
Acts as liaison between Programmatic team and Marketing Science team to ensure the data dashboards correct and regular inflow of data + QA the dashboard’s data on an ongoing basis.
Highly proficient in MS Office Suite, with emphasis on MS Excel and Power Point
Excellent mastery of the English language (both oral and written)
