Senior Associates — Relocate to the U.S. (TN Visa Sponsored)
Our client is a national U.S. accounting & finance consulting firm that is actively hiring Senior Associates to work directly with CFOs and finance leaders at Fortune 1000 and large private companies.
This is true advisory work, not Big 4 audit grind:
- IPO readiness & SEC reporting
- Technical accounting & US GAAP advisory
- M&A integration, carve-outs, controllership projects
- Exposure across multiple industries and business models
To be considered candidates must have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- Big 4 public accounting experience required (PwC, EY, KPMG, or Deloitte)
- Minimum 3+ year of busy season experience in audit, including at least one busy season at the Senior level
- Strong preference for candidates who have worked with large public companies and complex engagements
- CPA or active progress toward CPA required
- Advanced analytical capability with strong Excel skills (pivot tables required; macros a plus)
- Demonstrated upward career progression, consistency, and performance within a “Big 6 ” environment
