Your core accountabilities include:</p><ul><li><b>Design Conformance:</b> Conduct comprehensive reviews of station and guideway design packages (including reports, drawings, and models) to ensure 100% alignment with Project Agreement requirements and interface documents.</li><li><b>Team Leadership:</b> Manage and delegate review responsibilities across the project team, ensuring all technical disciplines are synchronized.</li><li><b>Stakeholder Coordination:</b> Partner with the Contracting Authority to develop, maintain, and prioritize a rigorous review schedule.</li><li><b>Session Management:</b> Lead and organize design review sessions using <b>Bluebeam</b>, managing distribution lists and collaborative mark-ups.</li><li><b>Reporting & Insights:</b> Brief Project Engineering and Interface Management on critical findings, maintain progress reports, and prepare formal Review Comments Sheets.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>Candidate Requirements</b></p><p><b>Required Skills & Experience:</b></p><ul><li><b>Experience:</b> Minimum of 5 years in industrial engineering, mass transit, subway station design, or MEP engineering.</li><li><b>Technical Proficiency:</b> Solid understanding of <b>BIM clash detection</b> principles and multi-disciplinary design integration.</li><li><b>Project Management:</b> Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple complex tasks simultaneously.</li><li><b>Soft Skills:</b> Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with a laser-focus on detail and organizational structure.</li><li><b>Education:</b> Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related technical field.</li><li><b>Compliance:</b> Ability to pass a Clear Criminal Background Check.</li></ul><p><b>Desired Assets:</b></p><ul><li>Strong background in mass transit construction or design.</li><li>Deep knowledge of electrical and mechanical (MEP) systems design methods.</li><li>Experience navigating large-scale, multi-disciplinary design review processes.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>Expected Compensation Range:</b></p><p>50K-100K The final compensation offered will be <b>determined based on the candidate’s level of experience, skills, and qualifications</b>, in compliance with applicable pay transparency requirements.</p><p><b>Canadian Experience Requirement:</b></p><p>No Canadian work experience is required for this position.
