We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Management Professional to lead our Accounts Payable team. As the chief financial officer for this division, you will be responsible for managing the general ledger, preparing financial statements, and analyzing financial performance. Your leadership skills and ability to manage multiple priorities will be essential in driving business growth and success.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Accounts Payable team and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Manage the general ledger and perform month-end entries.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Analyze financial performance and present balance sheets.
- Schedule internal audits and maintain cash management records.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must possess a Bachelor’s degree in accounting and have at least 10 years of experience in accounting leadership. A CPA designation is preferred. You should also have strong proficiency in Excel and ERP systems, as well as excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
Work Environment
This position offers a hybrid work arrangement, with three days spent in the office and flexible scheduling available. Our location is in Montreal, QC.
