The Opportunity

We are currently looking to hire a new member of our team on a full-time permanent basis! This role is based in Calgary, with the requirement for some on-site work with clients (10-20% of schedule). You’ll get to work with an entrepreneurial organization where you will gain valuable experience in consulting across a variety of industries.

The position is ideal for an HR professional with a Generalist background of about 8-10 years, as the type of client work will vary and will include strategic HR planning, organizational design, recruitment, employee engagement initiatives, employee relations, policy development, compensation and benefits, talent management, and training & development.

Qualifications and Work Environment

This position is ideal for a someone who thrives in a changing work environment. You enjoy developing long-term and collaborative working relationships, have the ability to work in teams, and are a self-starter who is motivated to push initiatives through to completion.

A post-secondary education in Human Resources along with a CPHR designation (or working towards) is preferred but not required.

There will be a combination of remote, and on-site client work. Travel may be 10-20% depending on the client engagement and workload. You must have access to reliable transportation and are willing to work a flexible schedule.

Compensation and Benefits

For full-time employees, we offer a competitive compensation and benefits package including:

  • $100,000-$120,000 Salary (negotiable based on experience)
