Job Title: WFM and HR Core Consultant (Dayforce)
Region: Government of Canada (North America)
Location: Remote (Canada only)
Occasional travel may be required to Toronto, Ottawa, or New Brunswick
Role Overview
We are currently seeking experienced WFM and HR Core Consultants to support a high-visibility Government of Canada engagement. This is a remote role, however candidates must be physically located and authorized to work within Canada for the entire duration of the contract.
The consultant will support Dayforce Workforce Management (WFM) and HR Core implementations, including Time and Entitlements, working directly with government stakeholders.
Position Details
- Start Date: January 2026
- Contract Duration: 6 months (with potential for extension based on performance and business needs)
- Work Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week
- Time Zone: Must be able to work EST business hours
Key Responsibilities
- Implement, configure, and support Dayforce WFM modules, including HR Core, Time, and Entitlements
- Partner with client stakeholders in a client-facing consulting role
- Develop and execute test cases, validation scripts, and detailed functional documentation
- Support data validation, configuration testing, and deployment activities
- Ensure solutions align with Government of Canada compliance and security standards
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of hands-on experience implementing and configuring Dayforce WFM / Time / HR Core / Entitlements
- Strong client-facing consulting experience
- Excellent written communication skills, including documentation and test case preparation
- Ability to work independently in a remote consulting environment
Travel Requirements
- Occasional travel may be required to Toronto, Ottawa, or New Brunswick, as per project needs.
