Senior Manager, Supply Chain

About your role:

Aspeya’s Consumer Health category has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Manager, Supply Chain to lead our end-to-end product lifecycle and supply chain operations for nutraceutical solutions, including product management, launch, and line expansion.

Your background in DTC and manufacturing will allow you to drive operational excellence through efficient manufacturing setup and distribution while ensuring business growth and customer satisfaction. This role serves as a critical link between business operations, manufacturers, and consumers.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all logistics flow
  • Plan and execute inventory strategies to optimize sales and in-stock rates
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (in-stock rate, procurement lead time, fill rate)
  • Work with online program and external CDMO teams to optimize various Supply Chain programs
  • Work closely with internal/external manufacturing partners to guarantee agility in production and distribution
  • Manage product portfolio lifecycle (registration, range expansion, formula upgrades)
  • Provide input/feedback for product strategies including forecasting, pricing, and competitive insight
  • Manage product development initiatives, product line-up
  • Manage production cost optimization projects
  • Coordinate efforts with internal and external CDMO to develop streamlined operational setup
  • Drive product roadmap definition and execution
  • Lead demand planning and forecasting across B2B and B2C channels
  • Develop and manage relationships with 3PL partners
  • Optimize cost structure across supply chain operations
  • Drive product development process in collaboration with CDMO
  • Monitor, analyze and own key performance metrics
  • Identify operational improvement areas and support recommendations
  • Ensure balanced indexation of tariffs within established inflation rates
  • Develop Annual Budget within planned indicators (cost, cash, DOI, HC)
  • Coordinate with warehouse and fulfillment teams
  • Ensure proper execution of shipments and inventory management
  • Maintain efficient manufacturing setup

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Master’s degree in operations management, business administration, or related field preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain management or related experience
  • Background in DTC (Shopify, Amazon) nutraceutical, food and beverages industries
  • Experience with manufacturing and CDMO partnerships
  • Proficiency with corporate supply chain systems (incl Shopify & Amazon ecosystem)
  • E-commerce and offline retail supply chain setup
  • Experience in database management and reporting
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation abilities
  • Demonstrated ability to lead through influence initiatives involving cross-functional teams
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment
  • Capability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical people
  • Strong strategic planning and decision-making skills
