The Product Design team helps create seamless and joyful end-to-end user-centered experiences for lululemon’s North American in-store educators (employees). As a Product Designer on the Educator Experiences team, you will help design and optimize mobile app experiences used by our store teams in service to our guests. You will be part of a collaborative team with product managers, developers and other agile team members to unify and evolve our designs and code that help us unlock elevated experiences across our ecosystem. Design and optimize in-store educator (employee) experiences for lululemon’s educator app and web experiences from initial business requirement creation to VQA and final documentation, specific focus areas on educator to guest clienteling, digital hemming, VoIP phone, and other guest-facing service experiences in retail stores Design solutions for a wide range of problems based on qualitative and/ or quantitative analytics Clearly identify opportunities and communicate design rationale to cross-functional teams and stakeholders, and be open to their feedback Design and develop prototypes to iterate on solutions with the rest of the team, or to leverage in user interviews/usability tests Apply and champion design thinking principles Partner with research team to plan, design and in some cases, conduct research to inform your design decisions Be a collaborative, systems-thinker that continues to find ways to evolve and improve how we work Deliver user experiences that meet or beat success criteria, driving measurable results such as higher adoption, higher engagement, life time value, etc. Leverage and contribute to the lululemon design system, in some cases crafting everything from component level pixels to documentation for implementation and wide-spread usage Contribute to all scrum team ceremonies, representing design Provide support and feedback to design teammates to cultivate designs and culture that feel harmonious

Over 5 years experience designing end-to-end responsive IOS mobile applications; mobile applications that have been published

0-1 Native App design experience

Experience using data to inform designs and doing UX research (e.g. prototyping)

Expert-level knowledge of Figma Experience creating UX artifacts (e.g. IA, wireframes, journey maps, etc.)
