The Opportunity

This isn’t a typical product manager role where you’re optimizing features at a mature company. As a Senior Product Manager at Fintex, you’ll be a founding member of our product organization—architecting digital experiences from the ground up and owning outcomes that directly impact our trajectory.

You’ll operate at the intersection of strategy, design, and engineering—translating ambitious visions into elegant, powerful products that wealth advisors and their clients actually love to use. This is high-impact, high-visibility work where you’ll see the direct results of your decisions in weeks, not quarters.

What You’ll Own

  • Drive product vision and execution for groundbreaking digital products in the wealth and asset management space—from concept to launch and beyond
  • Be the voice of the customer and the business, synthesizing insights from advisors, end clients, and internal stakeholders to identify high-leverage opportunities
  • Transform complexity into clarity, working hand-in-hand with designers to craft intuitive experiences that make sophisticated financial concepts accessible
  • Ship relentlessly alongside our engineering team, making smart trade-offs and pushing products out the door without sacrificing quality
  • Wear multiple hats (because startup life)—you might be writing user stories one day, pitching to investors the next, and diving into customer support data the day after that

  • Fluency in investments and finance—you can discuss portfolio construction, asset allocation, and risk management as naturally as you discuss user flows

  • Hands-on financial chops—you’ve actually built portfolios, run models, or worked closely enough with those who do to understand the craft
