We operate in a fast-paced, high-urgency rail environment where timelines are non-negotiable and where strong project leaders thrive by taking ownership, driving execution, and resolving issues proactively.

- Maintain a regular presence on project sites and manufacturing floors to support execution and resolve issues in real time.
- Monitor project performance, identify risks and deviations, and implement corrective actions as required.
- Prepare and deliver clear project status reporting to internal leadership and clients.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on project-related matters.
- Support bid and proposal activities, including scope definition, scheduling, cost estimates, and execution strategies.
- Ensure compliance with contractual, safety, quality, and regulatory requirements throughout project execution.
This role requires strong leadership, decisiveness, and the ability to operate effectively in a dynamic, deadline-driven rail environment.
