Agilus is recruiting for a Senior Project Manager in the Construction Industry in Mississauga, Ontario.
Join a leading real estate developer as a Senior Project Manager, overseeing rental apartment projects from pre-construction through completion. This role combines strategic planning, leadership, and hands-on execution to deliver exceptional living spaces. The role will be based at our client’s Mississauga office during the precon phase, before moving on site to Etobicoke during construction.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, establish, and organize project schedules and budgets
- Prepare and manage tenders and negotiate subcontractor contracts
- Coordinate resources and stakeholders, including professionals and subcontractors
- Ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards
- Monitor and control project budgets during execution
- Provide regular progress and cost reports to senior leadership
- Identify and manage risks throughout development and construction phases
- Oversee full implementation of assigned projects
Requirements:
- Degree in engineering or architecture, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 8 years managing real estate construction projects (residential, commercial, etc.)
- Strong technical knowledge of construction methods and turnkey development
- Proven leadership skills with experience in large, complex projects
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- LEED certification considered an asset
