Required Skills:

- Understanding of sales cycle and sales techniques
- Experience of B2B sales, customer communication and relationship management is preferable
- Logical ability to understand client needs and present solutions
- Data driven mindset. Your plans and actions are backed by not just gut feeling but also customer/industry/market research
- Attention to detail and sharp acumen to propagate your views in an effective manner
- Knowledge and willingness to learn and apply emerging trends in business, research, data science,

- B2B sales customer communication and relationship management
Responsibilities:
As part of the core sales team of Quantiphi, the Sales Engineer will be responsible for execution of the end-to-end sales process in a B2B environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Take ownership for enhancing the customer experience, assisting customers by utilizing consultative selling practices and guidelines to identify their needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Manage communication & relationship with customers, prospects and partners and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and explain products, solutions or services to a variety of audiences.
- Develop sales collaterals (Business and technical presentations, Point of views, solution approaches etc.,)
- Engage and drive end-to-end pre-sales activities for the company in the Data Science & Applied AI domain.
- Work closely with cross functional teams (Solution Architects, Engineering team and other sales support teams) towards meeting customer requirements.
- Apply the right analysis frameworks and effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop creative solutions to complex business problems.
- Bring thought leadership to conversations with customers, prospects and partners to methodically define business problems, capture requirements, scope the solution and support the closure of the deal.
- Researching and identifying sales opportunities, generating leads, target identification and classification.
- Data reporting to management and gathering market intelligence
- Travel to customer sites, conferences, and other related events as required
