Insight Global is hiring a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer or Staff Engineer on behalf of our client, a fast-growing, engineering-first organization focused on building scalable SaaS applications powered by modern ML infrastructure. This is a unique opportunity to join a high-impact team shaping greenfield products from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build and scale micro and mini web applications hosted on Kubernetes
• Architect and implement shared components and application-level patterns
• Drive app quality standards including testing, observability, release health, and performance
• Enhance developer experience through CI/CD pipelines, code reviews, and documentation
• Contribute to product direction and roadmap planning
• Work in a “vibe-coding” culture—leveraging AI-assisted development tools to accelerate delivery
Must Haves:
• 8+ years of industry experience as an individual contributor or senior developer ready to lead
• Strong full stack engineering skills – 50/50 split or 70-30 back end
• Experience building scalable SaaS applications, ideally in a startup environment
• Extensive experience deploying and managing applications on Kubernetes, including configuration, scaling, and monitoring in production environments.
• Proficiency with modern technologies (Python, TypeScript/Node.js, Postgres, noSQL)
• Ability to design clean UX and shape app architecture
• Comfort with ambiguity and ability to turn unknowns into clarity and results
• Familiarity with LLM-assisted coding workflows
• Strong communication and collaboration skills; openness to engaging with end users

Salary starting at $150,000 depending on relevant skills & experience.
