Configuration knowledge on Agile Development 2.0, financials for Portfolio Planning, Strategic Portfolio Management Workspace, Integration of Agile Work Items with PPM
Expected hands on with all ServiceNow components such as Client Script, Business Rules, UI Actions, UI Pages, UI Policies, Script Includes, UI Scripts, Script Actions, REST APIs, Email Notifications, etc.
Experience in Automation suites i.e., Flow & Playbooks
Advanced analytical and problem-solving experience, ability to multi-task and effectively manage priorities.
Developing solutions on ServiceNow platform using an “Architecture first” principle
Working with Business Analysts on technical stories, ensuring timely delivery during Sprint cycles
unit tests using team’s automated testing framework, participating in code reviews, pair programming and UAT defect resolution
Expected development experience in ServiceNow is minimum of 3-5 years
ServiceNow in-depth product knowledge is required
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, ability to work effectively in virtual teams across multiple locations
Experience working in Agile environment using SCRUM methodology
3+ years of ServiceNow SPM Development
Design, Develop, Deliver and Application Maintenance Support for SPM Modules along with other ServiceNow Product
Experience in ServiceNow Back-End and Integrations (Integration HUB, SOAP, REST, Data Sources, Import Set, Transform maps)
Strong working in an Agile/DevOps environment in Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, automated testing, Agile metrics
Strong skills in User Interface design, Analytical, Problem solving and Quantitative skills
Experience in cross functional & cross geography team i.e., Onshore, Nearshore and Offshore
Create solution collaterals, collaborate with delivery to create case lets.
Project development experience involving ServiceNow platform. The richer, the better
