As a Senior Solutions Architect specializing in Identity and Access Management, you will design, implement, and optimize complex IAM solutions ensuring security, seamless user experience, and compliance. You will bridge technical, security, and business teams, translating requirements into scalable architectural solutions.
How You Will Create Impact
- Design, develop, and implement robust IAM solutions to ensure security and effectiveness across the enterprise.
- Enhance security posture by implementing zero-trust identity models.
- Streamline user access management and reduce security risks.
- Improve operational efficiency through automated identity lifecycle management.
- Create flexible, scalable identity solutions to support digital transformation.
- Reduce identity-related security incidents through proactive architecture.
- Lead architecture and design of enterprise IAM solutions like SailPoint Identity Now, Okta, and Delinea.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical IAM solutions.
- Oversee integration efforts for seamless connectivity across applications, directories, and cloud environments.
- Mentor IAM teams and promote best practices.
- Work with Security, Risk, and Compliance teams to ensure solutions meet standards and regulations.
- Contribute to IAM strategic planning aligned with enterprise goals.
- Troubleshoot complex IAM issues, collaborating with vendors and teams for timely resolution.

To Join Our Team
- 8+ years experience in designing and implementing IGA, PAM, and Access Management solutions.
- Proven experience with enterprise IAM architecture, integration, and implementation, especially building zero trust identity fabric.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
- Proficiency with Entra ID, Active Directory, PowerShell, BeanShell (Java), RBAC, SOAP, REST API, cloud IAM architectures, and federated identity models.
- CISSP certification is a plus.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven mentorship and architectural decision-making capabilities.
- Experience in insurance or financial services is advantageous.
- Proficiency in English and French is essential for primary duties involving client and team communication.
