Nice to meet you ! I’m Yassemine from Harry Hope, and I am recruiting for a Senior Tax Advisor in Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) position on a permanent contract, with remote work and access to employee benefits.
Your responsibilities will include
- Lead the M&A Tax team and manage tax projects related to business transactions
- Conduct due diligence and pre-transaction tax audits
- Advise on tax optimization strategies for transactions on behalf of strategic buyers, sellers, and private equity funds
- Support various aspects of deal execution, including financial modeling and tax analysis of contractual documents
Profile
- CPA designation
- 3–5 years of successful experience
- Strong analytical and writing skills
- Bilingual – ability to communicate with clients across Canada and USA
