<p>Role: Senior UX Designer</p><p>Location: Remote</p><p>Contract: 1 year</p><p><br></p><p>Requirements:</p><ul><li>Minimum 7-8 years of UX experience, ideally in the financial or enterprise software sector </li><li>Expertise in wireframing and prototyping tools (Proficiency in Figma required) </li><li>Experience in facilitating and/or co-leading design workshops </li><li>Experience working with complex workflows and internal business tools </li><li>Extensive presentation skills with effective verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Must be able to manage stakeholders and communicate confidently with non-design audiences </li><li>Ability to work with minimal supervision, prioritizing tasks, and managing time independently</li></ul>
