The Role

As a Service Operations Supervisor, you will lead the customer support team’s Field Service Coordination, ensuring seamless service delivery and exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and lead a high-performing team through clear goals, regular feedback, and one-on-one coaching.
  • Interface with cross-functional teams including sales, service, and product management.
  • Mentor team members to become strong brand ambassadors while maintaining top-quality technical deliverables.
  • Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Develop, implement, and audit processes to achieve company objectives.
  • Monitor KPIs and implement improvements.
  • Engage in service business and budget planning.
  • Resolve high-level service and sales issues related to customer support.

What We’re Looking For

  • College diploma or post-secondary education (Instrumentation background is an asset).
  • 2–3 years of proven supervisory or leadership experience.
  • Experience in a technical or fast-paced environment preferred.
