Alcor Solutions is looking for an experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead the design and delivery of innovative, scalable solutions on the ServiceNow platform. In this role, you’ll be a trusted advisor to clients, driving business value through strategic use of ServiceNow while providing architectural leadership and hands-on technical expertise.

What You’ll Do

  • Own technical solutions across engagements – from presales through delivery.
  • Define solution architectures across two or more ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, GRC, SecOps, etc.).
  • Lead workshops to capture requirements and translate business goals into architecture blueprints.
  • Guide Agile/Scrum teams, ensuring alignment with platform standards and best practices.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders (Program Directors, Engagement Managers, Product Owners, COEs) to drive adoption.
  • Build and maintain technical collateral, estimation models, and reusable solution assets.
  • Provide hands-on architectural support during sprints and key customer initiatives.
  • Contribute to proposals, solution reviews, and roadmap discussions.
  • Act as a long-term technical advisor for strategic accounts.

What We’re Looking For

  • 8+ years in IT with 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience.
  • Expertise in 2+ ServiceNow product lines (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, GRC, SecOps, SAM).
  • Strong architecture and solution design experience.
  • 3–4 years leading Agile/Scrum implementations.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Preferred: Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Certified Master Architect (CMA)
  • Certifications: CSA + 2+ CIS certifications required.
  • Bachelor’s (or higher) in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in large-scale ServiceNow transformations.
  • Knowledge of integrations, custom app dev, and multi-instance architecture.
  • Pre-sales and delivery advisory experience.
