Description

  • Perform ServiceNow ITSM platform capabilities, including design, development, configuration, integration, and implementation with an advanced knowledge of different modules and applications.
  • Capture/review business and functional requirements in the form of user stories, use cases and process flowcharts engaging with business partners.
  • Investigating suitability of ServiceNow components and modules to satisfy requirements.
  • Developing high level architectural concepts.
  • Rapid prototyping and Proof of Concept delivery using the ServiceNow platform.
  • Design/Development/Configuration for any ServiceNow platform enhancements/bugs and projects, including new modules, applications, and integrations with 3rd party systems.
  • Design, develop/configure, test, demo and deliver the solution features in sprints.
  • Provide technical assessments.
  • Create technical documentation.
  • Documenting ServiceNow guiding principles and best practices to allow our platform to scale safely and efficiently.

Mandatory Qualifications:

  • Have a College Diploma or University Degree in an IT discipline or related.
  • Must have 7+ years of recent ServiceNow platform development experience.
  • Experience in ServiceNow ITSM platform capabilities.
  • Experience with developing ATF test cases.
  • Experience Reporting and Dashboards.
  • Hands on experience with implementations and/or migrations of platforms.
  • Proficient in JavaScript, Java, and HTML.
  • Experience integrating third-party software and APIs.
  • Experience working within an Agile/Scrum environment.
