Description
- Perform ServiceNow ITSM platform capabilities, including design, development, configuration, integration, and implementation with an advanced knowledge of different modules and applications.
- Capture/review business and functional requirements in the form of user stories, use cases and process flowcharts engaging with business partners.
- Investigating suitability of ServiceNow components and modules to satisfy requirements.
- Developing high level architectural concepts.
- Rapid prototyping and Proof of Concept delivery using the ServiceNow platform.
- Design/Development/Configuration for any ServiceNow platform enhancements/bugs and projects, including new modules, applications, and integrations with 3rd party systems.
- Design, develop/configure, test, demo and deliver the solution features in sprints.
- Provide technical assessments.
- Create technical documentation.
- Documenting ServiceNow guiding principles and best practices to allow our platform to scale safely and efficiently.
Mandatory Qualifications:
- Have a College Diploma or University Degree in an IT discipline or related.
- Must have 7+ years of recent ServiceNow platform development experience.
- Experience in ServiceNow ITSM platform capabilities.
- Experience with developing ATF test cases.
- Experience Reporting and Dashboards.
- Hands on experience with implementations and/or migrations of platforms.
- Proficient in JavaScript, Java, and HTML.
- Experience integrating third-party software and APIs.
- Experience working within an Agile/Scrum environment.
