Reference Code: 049994 KEY RESPONSABILITIES • Design, develop, &implement integrations between ServiceNow & third-party platforms, programs, & applications using industry best practices & ServiceNow tools (e.g., IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs, scripted APIs). • Gather & analyze user requirements, translating business needs into technical integration solutions. • Collaborate closely with developers, architects, & business stakeholders to ensure integrations support overall project goals & business outcomes. • Troubleshoot, resolve, & optimize integration issues, ensuring data integrity, security, & compliance with organizational standards. • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ServiceNow features, integration technologies, & related enterprise systems. • Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for integration solutions, providing guidance & support during implementation & ongoing operations. • Develop & maintain documentation for integration architecture, processes, & troubleshooting procedures. REQUIREMENTS • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience). • 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow platform development & integrations, including hands-on experience with REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, & scripting (JavaScript). • Advanced knowledge of ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CSM & FSO) & experience integrating with cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP) & other enterprise tools (including ServiceNow ebonding) is highly desirable. • Strong understanding of web-based, service-based, & enterprise application architectures. • Experience with data management, database design, & middleware technologies. • Proficiency in troubleshooting & resolving complex integration issues. • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) & at least two mainline CIS certifications preferred. • Excellent communication, analytical, & problem-solving skills • Experience with security protocols (LDAP, SSO, VPN, SSL, SAML) & encryption best practices.
