Premier Aviation is a leading full-service provider of airframe heavy maintenance. We are certified to maintain various aircraft types, including, but not limited to: ATR, DeHavilland, and Embraer. Salary up to $50/hr. JOB DESCRIPTION The Sheet Metal Technician – S Licensed inspects, maintains and repairs aircraft structures. TASKS <ul> <li>Troubleshoot aircraft structural problems; </li> <li>Adjust, repair and overhaul aircraft structures in accordance with specifications, technical drawings, manuals and procedures; </li> <li>Perform and report on routine maintenance; </li> <li>Identify and place material orders in accordance with company policies; </li> <li>Sign all forms or work files applicable to his/her work; </li> <li>Attend staff training and instruction; </li> <li>Inform Quality Assurance Supervisor of irregularities on maintenance work tasks. </li> </ul> DESIRED SKILLS <ul> <li>Recognized diploma in aircraft structures or other accredited course; </li> <li>S license issued by Transport Canada; </li> <li>Relevant experience in the field. </li> </ul> DESIRED ABILITIES <ul> <li>Sense of organization and priorities; </li> <li>Excellent judgment and initiative; </li> <li>Alertness and attention to detail; </li> <li>Team spirit. </li> </ul> THE BENEFITS OF WORKING AT PREMIER AVIATION <ul> <li>Annual bonus per type course (up to 2000$/course/year); </li> <li>Minimum 3 vacation weeks; </li> <li>Insurance (medical and dental, life, travel, short/long-term disability); </li> <li>Up to $300/year for other specialties and $210/year for sports activities; </li> <li>Access to a corporate box at the Centre Vidéotron; </li> <li>Paid leave on your birthday; </li> <li>Telemedicine and Employee Assistance Program (EAP); </li> <li>RRSP/DPSP (high employer contribution); </li> <li>Free parking; </li> <li>Regular activities organized by the social club. </li> </ul>
