At Lake House Group, we specialize in helping ambitious ecommerce brands grow on Shopify. We are hiring a Shopify Technical Project Manager with 3 years of Shopify experience who can blend technical understanding, client leadership, and reliable delivery. You will help run projects, learn quickly, and grow toward full ownership.

What You Will Do

  • Coordinate planning and delivery for Shopify projects and retainers from kickoff to launch, including timelines, scope, and quality assurance
  • Lead day to day client communication. Prepare agendas and notes, send clear status updates, and set expectations
  • Create and maintain documentation. Write clear tickets with acceptance criteria, define test plans, and publish release notes with short Loom videos
  • Own quality assurance. Build and run test cases, manage user acceptance testing, and ensure sign off is complete
  • Suggest improvements. Identify opportunities to improve performance, operations, and customer experience, then turn them into a simple plan
  • Handle small Shopify tasks when useful. Examples include Matrixify updates, Flow automations, theme or app configuration, and metafields or metaobjects setup
  • Work closely with the founder on solution design while you manage delivery and follow through across developers, design, and retention

What We Are Looking For

  • Minimum 3 years of experience with Shopify
  • Experience working at an agency is a strong plus
  • Comfortable with the Shopify ecosystem including themes, apps, and common integrations
  • Technical comfort. You are not a developer, but you can read a Liquid snippet, understand how integrations fit together, and collaborate closely with technical teams
  • Excellent communication in French and English. Bilingual is required and non negotiable
  • Highly organized. You can manage multiple projects at once, keep priorities clear, and follow through without reminders
  • Growth hunger and integrity, ready to be “all in” with a team moving fast
  • Curious hacker mindset. You have already built or tested AI or automation workflows
