Position: Site Superintendent

Location: Greater Edmonton Metropolitan Area, AB

Salary: $110,000 – $155,000

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily site operations, ensuring adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Manage, mentor, and lead site teams, subcontractors, and trades to optimize performance and safety.
  • Collaborate with project management and stakeholders to resolve issues, anticipate delays, and manage scope changes.
  • Maintain thorough documentation, track progress, and report project updates to management.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.

Skills and Experience:

  • Construction Expertise: Proven experience managing interior renovation projects, from planning to completion.
  • Leadership: Strong track record of effectively leading construction teams and achieving project objectives.
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills for liaising with internal teams, clients, and subcontractors.
  • Experience: Minimum of 10+ years in site supervision or construction management, with a focus on interior renovations.
  • Education: Post-secondary degree/diploma in construction management, architecture, engineering, or a related field.

Extra Consideration:

  • Experience in high-rise interior renovation projects, multi-trade coordination, scheduling, budgeting, and client-facing site management.
