Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations on high-rise construction sites, ensuring that the project progresses on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with project management and other teams to provide regular updates on project status, delays, or changes in scope.
  • Lead and manage site personnel, ensuring safety protocols are followed and quality standards are met.
  • Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, ensuring that work is completed according to specifications and within schedule.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and other industry standards on the construction site.
  • Conduct site inspections and ensure that all documentation, including reports, safety logs, and inspection records, are accurately maintained.

Skills and Experience:

  • Construction Expertise: Proven experience managing high-rise construction projects from start to finish, ensuring quality control and adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Leadership: A strong track record of leading and managing site teams, driving project success, and ensuring smooth project execution.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with internal teams, clients, contractors, and subcontractors.
  • Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in site supervision, particularly in high-rise or large-scale construction projects.
  • Education: Post-secondary degree or diploma in construction management, civil engineering, architecture, or a related field.
