The Role

As Site Supervisor, you’ll run day‑to‑day site operations, coordinate trades and inspections, uphold safety and quality, and keep projects on schedule and on budget. You’ll be a key voice with clients and a steady coach for the crew.

How Success Will Be Measured: 5 Key Deliverables

  1. Scope & Schedule Management: Oversee execution to close‑out; update schedules bi‑weekly; run field huddles; keep work aligned to project drawings & specifications
  2. Quality Control & Inspections: Plan and attend inspections, manage deficiencies with clear owners/due dates, verify materials and installations, and maintain complete QC records to support clean handover.
  3. Customer Experience & Communication: Maintain positive relationship with clients, communicate proactively on progress, resolve issues within 24 hours, and uphold professional conduct on site.
  4. Ongoing Development & Training: Model company values, mentor the team, lead orientations/toolbox talks, and support continuous skill growth.
  5. Administrative Responsibilities: Keep accurate records, update Procore daily, issue weekly progress and bi‑weekly status reports.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead daily site planning, trade coordination, and safety practices aligned with WorkSafeBC.
  • Run weekly scheduling meetings and keep the schedule current against contractual milestones.
  • Manage inspections and close‑out: deficiency logs, punch lists, turnover documentation.
  • Maintain tight documentation: COs, RFIs, timecards, cost codes, and status reporting.

What You Bring

  • 3+ years in a construction leadership role (foreperson, assistant superintendent, site supervisor, etc.).
  • Red Seal Carpenter certification.
  • Proven scheduling, QC/inspection, and subcontractor management skills.
  • Strong client communication and team leadership.
  • Valid Class 5 driver’s license in BC.
  • Nice to have: Experience in multi‑family construction.
