Your new role
As a Site Superintendent, you will lead the construction of a low-rise residential project in Richmond Hill—a development of stacked townhomes. You will oversee all on-site activities, coordinate with local subtrades, ensure safety and quality standards, and drive the project to successful completion.
What you’ll need to succeed
- 5+ years of experience as a Site Superintendent on low-rise residential projects, specifically townhomes or stacked townhomes.
- Strong network of subtrades in the GTA/York Region, with a proven ability to manage and coordinate local crews effectively.
- Demonstrated success in site preparation, scheduling, and project execution from start to finish.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Availability for a phone interview, followed by an in-person meeting.
