Role:
We’re looking for a Sr. UX Writer with an exceptional content background to join our clients Web Marketing team. The right candidate is passionate and thoughtful about building the best experience for users. You should be detail oriented — from brainstorming to final delivery — a creative problem solver, and an advocate of content best practices and brand. You’ll be applying storytelling, tone of voice, and compelling language to effectively communicate content to audiences.

You:
We are looking for a B2B expert who has many years of experience in the following:
- · Write clear, engaging, and on-brand creative copy for marketing websites
- · Ensure copy strategy, tone, and style are effective for both prospects and customers
- · Distill product and marketing information into accessible, friendly language
- · Understand user needs and be able to solve for their needs — and business needs — through compelling content experiences
- · Optimize existing copy to address user pain points and drive specific conversion actions/events
- · Ability to research and audit and to write with accessibility top of mind
- · Extract research results to uplift user experience
- · Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including UX Research, Product Marketing, Design, SEO Brand, Testing, and Web Marketing
- · Partner with the SEO team for basic keyword research and use SEO principles to maximize copy’s reach
- · Present content concepts to key stakeholders and be prepared to have clear recommendations on the right content choices
- · Receive, interpret, and integrate feedback from creative leads and cross-functional stakeholders — while preserving the work’s quality and clarity
- · Manage multiple projects, from concept through completion, under tight deadlines
The ideal candidate has:
- · 5+ years of UX writing experience
- · Expertise in Google Docs
- · Proficiency in Figma
- · Knowledge of accessibility standards for web
- · Ability to comment on content-design interactions
- · Exceptional at taking a brief and turning it into a compelling idea
- · Impeccable eye for detail, messaging, tone, and language
- · Self-motivated, flexible, and process-driven
- · Positive attitude and drive
- · Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and shift quickly from one project to the next or work on multiple projects simultaneously to ensure projects are delivered on time
- Ability to quickly learn new AI tools as they emerge.
