What You’ll Do
- Social Media Strategy: Develop and own the social media content strategy across multiple platforms, ensuring alignment with overall brand positioning and campaign goals. Build pitch decks for potential new clients, content pillars, brand voice on social etc.
- Influencer Management: Outreach, booking, campaign and talent management, contracts/billing, negotiation etc.
- Content Execution: Lead the creation, oversight, and execution of social media content, working closely with the content team and designers to deliver high-quality, engaging posts. Proficient in content creation as needed: Canva, Figma, Adobe Suite, Content Capture.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams – content dept, creative designers and copywriters, etc.and external partners to integrate social media efforts with broader marketing initiatives.
- Platform Management: Manage day-to-day social media activities, including scheduling, publishing, and monitoring content performance using tools like Meta Business Suite, or similar platform.
- Trend hunting: really being on the pulse to ideate creative ideas for moment marketing and opportunities above and beyond brand’s expectations
- Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on social media metrics to measure success and inform ongoing strategy adjustments.
- Client Communication: Serve as a key point of contact for client updates and feedback related to social media campaigns, maintaining professionalism and clear communication. Project management across multiple clients.
- Community Management: Oversee multiple brands’ social channels for strategic communications and engagement opportunities. Manage the day-to-day activities for each brands’ channels and grow and nurture engaged audiences. Comfortable recommending internal and external engagement opportunities and experience with escalation protocols and crisis management.
