<p><b>Why This Role Exists</b></p><p><br></p><p>Pophaus works with fast growing consumer brands where community and creators are not “nice to have.” They are the brand.</p><p><br></p><p>This role owns two critical things:</p><p><br></p><p>Day to day social media execution on Instagram and TikTok</p><p><br></p><p>Managing creators and talent relationships that power our content engine</p><p><br></p><p>If content goes live, creators are onboarded, or a brand’s comments and DMs are active, this role touches it.</p><p><br></p><p><b>Core Responsibilities:</b></p><p><br></p><p><b>Social Media Management</b></p><p><br></p><p>You will fully manage Instagram and TikTok for multiple consumer brands.</p><p><br></p><p>This includes:</p><p><br></p><ul><li>Planning and executing weekly and monthly content calendars</li><li>Writing captions that sound native to the platform</li><li>Posting Reels, TikToks, Stories, and carousels</li><li>Monitoring performance and flagging what is working and what is not</li><li>Staying on top of trends, formats, hooks, and platform behavior</li><li>Ensuring content aligns with brand voice and strategy</li><li>You are expected to understand social deeply, not just post content.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>Community Management:</b></p><p><br></p><p>You are responsible for keeping brand communities active, human, and on brand.</p><p><br></p><p>This includes:</p><p><br></p><ul><li>Responding to comments and DMs in a timely, brand appropriate tone</li><li>Proactively engaging with followers and relevant accounts</li><li>Identifying community insights that can inform future content</li><li>Escalating issues or feedback to the internal team when needed</li><li>Community is not an afterthought. It is part of growth.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>Talent & Creator Management</b></p><p><br></p><p>You will manage Pophaus’ creator and UGC ecosystem.</p><p><br></p><p>This includes:</p><p><br></p><ul><li>Sourcing creators for Instagram and TikTok</li><li>Outreach, onboarding, and relationship management</li><li>Briefing creators clearly and professionally</li><li>Tracking deliverables and timelines</li><li>Ensuring creators deliver content aligned with the brief</li><li>Maintaining long-term creator relationships</li><li>You are not just sending messages. You are building a reliable talent bench.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>Collaboration & Ownership:</b></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Work closely with creative strategists, editors, and account leads</li><li>Keep internal tools updated and organized</li><li>Communicate clearly and proactively</li><li>Flag risks early instead of reacting late</li><li>Take ownership of your accounts without needing reminders</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>Required Experience</b></p><p><br></p><ul><li>3+ years managing Instagram and TikTok for consumer brands</li><li>Experience with CPG, DTC, food, beverage, wellness, beauty, or supplements</li><li>Strong understanding of what performs on social in North America</li><li>Hands on experience managing creators or UGC talent</li><li>Confident written English for captions, DMs, and creator communication</li><li>Comfortable managing multiple brands at once</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>Tools You Should Be Comfortable With</b></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Instagram and TikTok native tools</li><li>Scheduling platforms like Buffer, Sprout, or similar</li><li>Google Drive, Slack, and Notion</li><li>Creator platforms like Grin or manual outreach workflows</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>Compensation</b></p><p><br></p><ul><li>$70,000 CAD</li><li>Comprehensive Health Benefits Package</li><li>Full-time role</li><li>Growth opportunity inside a fast-moving agency</li></ul>
