The Labor Relations Specialist works closely with members of the organization and Talent and Culture team on all matters related to Labour Relations. You are called upon to play a strategic role and lead complex mandates in your field. Compile and analyze data related to labor relations issues and advise on trends across the organization.
Act as negotiator and official representative of Telecon during grievance committees, specialized tribunals (in collaboration with the legal department and HR business partners) or any other body in the presence of union representatives.
Liaise with Legal Services and other stakeholders.
University degree in industrial relations, law (labor and employment law profile), human resources management or any other field deemed relevant.
~Have represented the interests of the employer before administrative tribunals and within the framework of working committees (joint committees, grievance committees,) etc.
~ Have a track record of successful relationship building and ability to address issues in a win-win approach.
~ Experience in construction or telecommunications industry is an asset.
