The team is focused on delivering innovative programs that improve data management, analytics, and product delivery, with the Hub strategic initiative being one of its top priorities.

Your new role

As Senior Consultant, Product Delivery, you will be the single point of contact for IT Services (ITS) within the Hub program. You’ll provide technical leadership, oversee ITS deliverables, and ensure successful execution of this strategic initiative. You’ll lead and motivate teams, manage resources, monitor budgets, and maintain strong stakeholder relationships while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standards.

What you’ll need to succeed

  • Graduate degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Administration, Health Informatics, or related field
  • 5–7 years of experience implementing technical solutions for complex, multi‑user systems
  • 3+ years of experience supervising teams in a matrix environment
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to influence and motivate others
  • Knowledge of project management, IT service management, agile practices, and SDLC
  • Experience with AWS services (S3, Lambda, IAM, Airflow, Glue, EMR); familiarity with Lake Formation and Redshift is an asset
  • Skills in Python, Spark, ETL, and BI tools (e.g., Qlik) are desirable
  • Knowledge of health informatics is a strong asset
  • Fluency in English required; bilingualism in French and English is an asset
  • Ability to meet light travel requirements
