🚧 Senior Municipal Project Manager – Roads (Ontario/GTA)

We are looking for an experienced Senior Municipal Project Manager to lead complex municipal road projects from concept through construction. This is a senior, client-facing role with full project ownership, team leadership, and budget responsibility.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead municipal road projects end-to-end, including planning, design, and construction
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Serve as the main contact for municipal clients
  • Coordinate subconsultants and ensure quality and compliance
  • Mentor and develop project management and technical staff
  • Support business development and repeat municipal work

  • What We’re Looking For:

    • 7+ years municipal project management experience
    • P.Eng. or C.E.T. registered in Ontario
    • Expertise in local & arterial roads, stormwater management, and municipal standards
    • Proven experience managing budgets, clients, and project teams
    • Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
    • PMP certification is a plus

    Salary Range: $120K-$155K per year
