The Role

We are seeking an execution-driven individual to join our leadership team as a Strategic Growth & Operations Associate. This position involves operation across three critical dimensions at the intersection of growth, culture, and academics:

Recruitment and Program Development

  • Actively source prospective students by cultivating networks, referral pipelines, and trusted relationships with families and faculty within local education, athletics, arts, or community networks.
  • Identify and secure enrollment opportunities that align with Westfield’s vision

Academic & Institutional Development

  • Support the recruitment of faculty, coaches, and specialized instructors who enhance academic quality and extracurricular depth.
  • Assist in shaping programs (academic, athletic, or cultural) that differentiate Westfield in the GTA market.

Operations & Student Life

  • Elevate the day-to-day experience for students and families: communication, onboarding, culture, and retention.
  • Strengthen administrative systems and student-facing services, ensuring Westfield runs with professionalism and precision.

Compensation:

Compensation is structured to reflect early-stage realities, but the real upside is tied to the role’s growth potential. For the right operator, this is designed to scale into a senior leadership position—where incentives align directly with revenue expansion and enterprise value creation. Our goal is to build out performance-based upside as we execute.
