Our approach combines analytical rigor with long-term vision, driving sustainable success for our partners and stakeholders.Position OverviewWe are seeking a highly strategic, organized, and adaptable Chief of Staff to support the Founder & CEO. This role is central to scaling our operations, streamlining decision-making processes, and translating strategic goals into actionable plans. You will act as a force multiplier for the CEO, managing priorities, aligning internal and external stakeholders, and driving execution across key initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Planning & Execution: Translate high-level strategies into actionable plans, ensuring alignment across teams and initiatives.CEO Support & Delegation: Serve as a trusted partner to the CEO, handling communications, follow-ups, and strategic priorities to maximize impact.Internal Operations: Design and optimize internal processes, project workflows, and tracking systems (e.G., Notion, Google Sheets, CRMs).Stakeholder Management: Manage key relationships, coordinate investor updates, and support business development efforts.Team Coordination: Facilitate hiring processes, onboard new team members, and cultivate a high-performance culture.Research & Decision Support: Conduct market and investment research, synthesize data into executive briefs and recommendations.Brand & Presence Management: Collaborate with external marketing and communications teams to ensure a consistent digital and professional presence for the CEO (e.G., LinkedIn strategy).Calendar, Email & Travel Management: Manage day-to-day logistics including meetings, calls, inboxes, and travel planning.Qualifications3+ years of experience in a Chief of Staff, Strategy, Operations, or Executive Support role (startups, VC/PE, or tech environments a plus)Strong strategic thinking and project management skillsExceptional communication, relationship-building, and prioritization abilitiesProficiency in productivity and CRM tools (Google Workspace, Notion, Airtable, HubSpot, etc.)High level of discretion and professionalismEntrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in ambiguityHow to ApplySubmit your resume and a brief cover letter detailing your relevant experience and why you’re excited about the Chief of Staff role at Ausrin Investment to tatiana@summitrecruiting.co.
