Description
About the Role
We’re looking for a high-performing Supply Chain Analyst to lead and scale the supply chain function across our growing network of franchised restaurants.
This is not an entry-level coordinator role — it’s a strategic, hands-on position with direct impact on our franchisees’ performance, vendor partnerships, and national foodservice operations.
You’ll act as the main link between the company, our vendors, and our franchise partners, ensuring product availability, cost efficiency, and brand consistency across the board.
Please Note: This is an in-office role based in London, Ontario. Only local candidates or those willing to commute daily will be considered. This is not a remote or hybrid position.
What You’ll Do
Vendor & Supplier Management
- Manage relationships with food, packaging, and equipment suppliers across regions.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and rebates that support both franchisor and franchisee success.
- Monitor vendor performance for quality, availability, and delivery efficiency.
Franchisee Support
- Guide franchisees in sourcing approved products and navigating the vendor ecosystem.
- Ensure compliance with brand standards, pricing structures, and ordering processes.
- Support onboarding and supply chain readiness for new store openings.
Data Analysis & Food Cost Management
- Conduct deep analysis of purchasing and sales data to manage and reduce food costs.
- Track key performance metrics like food cost variance and purchasing trends.
- Build tools, dashboards, and forecasts using Excel or similar tools.
Inventory & Logistics Coordination
- Forecast demand based on sales trends to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Coordinate product rollouts, menu updates, and seasonal promotions with vendors.
- Troubleshoot distribution challenges and ensure uninterrupted store operations.
Systems & Process Improvement
- Optimize ordering systems, vendor databases, and inventory tools.
- Recommend and implement process improvements that enhance visibility and reduce friction.
What We’re Looking For
Must-Have:
- 3+ years of experience in restaurant, hospitality, or foodservice supply chain.
- Strong knowledge of food cost management, procurement, and logistics.
- Advanced Excel/data skills (pivot tables, lookup formulas, analytics).
- Experience working with franchisees or multi-unit restaurant operations.
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Must be based in London, Ontario and available to work on-site full-time.
Nice-to-Have:
- Familiarity with supply chain or restaurant systems.
- Experience with product rollouts or supply planning for new stores.
- Understanding of franchising models and compliance.
