Role Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources and Recruiting Specialist to manage and oversee our HR functions and talent acquisition processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fostering a positive workplace culture, managing employee relations, and identifying top talent to meet organizational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with company goals.
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee relations, providing support and guidance.
  • Coordinate training and development programs for staff.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and employment regulations.
  • Conduct exit interviews and handle disciplinary actions when necessary.
  • Collaborate with management to forecast staffing needs.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Monitor and analyze HR metrics to recommend improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in HR and recruiting roles.
  • Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in HR software and applicant tracking systems.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
