Role Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources and Recruiting Specialist to manage and oversee our HR functions and talent acquisition processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fostering a positive workplace culture, managing employee relations, and identifying top talent to meet organizational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with company goals.
- Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee relations, providing support and guidance.
- Coordinate training and development programs for staff.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and employment regulations.
- Conduct exit interviews and handle disciplinary actions when necessary.
- Collaborate with management to forecast staffing needs.
- Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics to recommend improvements.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in HR and recruiting roles.
- Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in HR software and applicant tracking systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
