Role: Bilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist
Length: 10 Month Contract (Until December 31st, 2026)
Location: Remote (However must be based in Ontario for travel)
Rate: Up to $42/hour
What you will be accountable for:
- Manage approximately 60 requisitions at any given time; collaborate weekly with Pharmacy Directors to prioritize top 15–20 roles.
- Partner with three other recruiters to identify urgent needs and source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, college websites, and other platforms.
- Execute headhunting and pipelining initiatives, including outreach to university students and niche talent pools.
- Recruit for a variety of roles: Pharmacists, Pharmacy Technicians, Assistants, Store Managers, Directors, and Team Leads.
- Utilize LinkedIn, Indeed, and Workday ATS for sourcing and applicant tracking.
- Post job openings, attend hiring events, and participate in strategy and presentation meetings with hiring managers and HR.
- Conduct weekly status meetings with hiring managers and HR to review progress and priorities.
- Perform ad-hoc recruitment duties as needed.
What you’ll need
- 5+ years of recruitment experience (in-house preferred); 3+ years agency experience considered if strong headhunting background.
- Must be Bilingual in English and French
- Proven experience recruiting for remote or hard-to-fill locations.
- Pharmacy industry experience preferred, but open to other sectors.
- Strong communication and public speaking skills; ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and willing to learn and take initiative.
- Experience with Workday ATS is an asset.
