Required Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

  • 10+ years of experience as a Technical Business Systems Analyst
  • Strong experience working on Oracle PLSQL DB and Java-based enterprise applications
  • Proven ability to speak confidently with clients and senior stakeholders
  • Expertise in writing user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
  • Hands-on experience with Jira and ServiceNow
  • Strong SQL skills for data analysis and validation
  • Experience with REST APIs, Microservices, system integrations, and batch processes

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience in large-scale enterprise or regulated environments
  • Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS / Azure)
  • Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, or release management
  • Domain experience in Insurance, Banking, or Healthcare (plus)

  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to challenge requirements and propose better solutions
  • Comfortable working with onshore clients and offshore development teams
