Description
Deliverables: Infrastructure Asset Lifecycle Management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Chair all monthly client engagement calls for each cluster, and analyze OS deployment data to produce collateral for these calls.
- Produce collateral for governance calls, including chairing meetings.
- Provide status updates, risks, and issues to stakeholders including management, senior management, directors, and partners.
- Assist financial teams in updating support cost projections, cluster costs, and developing new cost models.
- Enhance the client experience through data-driven reporting, communication materials, and process improvements.
- Assist in modernizing the SRP and its services.
- Create RACI matrices and onboarding activities.
- Develop costing and pricing models.
- Forecast support and technical debt costs.
- Track and report on KPIs related to system refreshes.
- Develop and iterate reporting tools.
- Manage stakeholder engagement and improve processes.
- Create training and operational guides.
- Coordinate enterprise architecture approvals.
Skills & Experience Requirements
Evaluation Breakdown:
- Strategic Planning & Delivery – 30%
Parameters:
- 10+ years in strategic delivery of complex solutions or data center infrastructure services.
- Experience overseeing refresh and transition activities.
- Experience replacing large enterprise services and hardware at critical locations.
- Deep knowledge of modern Data Centre service models.
- Experience developing operational readiness programs, including cloud management.
- Experience with Tier IV data center operations, private clouds, and 24×7 hosting services.
Project Management & Forecasting – 20%
- 10+ years managing data center application and server integration projects.
- Leading transformation and data center projects, including cloud management.
- Managing multiple projects with competing priorities.
- Experience with financial forecasting and agile methods.
- Proficiency with BI tools, SharePoint Online, Excel, etc.
Documentation & Communication – 20%
- Experience in transition activities, change management, and stakeholder presentations.
- Strong documentation, writing, verbal, and negotiation skills.
Must Haves:
- Experience overseeing software upgrades/refreshes and transition activities.
- Data analytics skills with BI, SharePoint, Excel.
- Financial forecasting and modeling experience using agile methods.
