We are seeking a skilled and experienced Travel Experience Designer to join our team. As a key member of our Groups Division, you will be responsible for creating customized travel experiences for groups that exceed our clients’ expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

Design personalized itineraries for various groups, taking into account their interests, preferences, and requirements.

Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and local partners to ensure seamless, cost-effective experiences that meet our high standards.

Manage all aspects of bookings, from preparing quotes and proposals to handling administrative tasks and accuracy.
“>

Cultivate lasting client relationships, driving repeat business and referrals through exceptional customer service and attention to detail.

Qualifications:

Experience in the travel industry and travel planning is highly valued, but not essential.

Fluency in English is required, with Cantonese or Mandarin fluency being a significant advantage.

Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential for building strong relationships with clients.

You should be organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple bookings simultaneously.

Able to work both independently and within a team, with a flexible approach to meeting deadlines and adapting to changing circumstances.

Familiarity with TICO requirements and group travel regulations is a plus.
