About the Role
Kennedy University is seeking a highly motivated, student-focused, and results-driven Enrollment Advisor to join our global recruitment and sales team. In this role, you will engage with prospective students across Canada and internationally, representing one of the world’s most innovative university groups.
You will be responsible for contacting leads, advising potential students on suitable programs, and guiding them through every step of the enrollment process. This position requires exceptional communication skills, a consultative advising approach, and the ability to consistently achieve enrollment targets in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Student Outreach & Advising
- Conduct proactive outbound outreach to prospective students across Canada.
- Engage with leads in a professional, empathetic, and persuasive manner, promoting the value and outcomes of our educational programs.
- Provide accurate, up-to-date information on programs, admission requirements, application steps, and tuition.
- Guide students through the entire enrollment journey — from inquiry to application to final enrollment.
Lead & Pipeline Management
- Follow up on leads promptly using phone, email, SMS, and messaging platforms.
- Utilize HubSpot (or similar CRM) to manage leads, monitor communication history, and update statuses.
- Maintain discipline in daily outreach numbers, pipeline management, and conversion metrics.
Conversion & Performance
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly enrollment targets.
- Apply strong persuasive, consultative, and needs-based advising techniques.
- Identify barriers to enrollment and work with students to resolve them quickly.
Collaboration
- Work closely with the broader Enrollment Team to ensure seamless handover of enrolled students to the admissions and onboarding teams.
- Provide feedback to marketing and leadership on student inquiries, lead quality, and market trends.
Industry Expertise & Service Excellence
- Maintain a deep understanding of programs, curriculum, student support services, and university value propositions.
- Stay informed about competitor offerings and industry trends to communicate competitive advantages.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by handling inquiries, concerns, and requests with professionalism and care.
Qualifications & Skills
Required
- Proven experience in outbound sales, customer service, or enrollment advising.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building abilities.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to meet daily outreach and conversion targets.
- Proficiency with CRM systems — HubSpot experience strongly preferred.
- Ability to work independently in a remote, performance-driven environment.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Preferred
- Experience in the education sector, student recruitment, or university admissions.
- Understanding of Canadian higher-education markets including OSAP and Provincial funding
- Bilingual (English/French) is an asset.

Salary
- Base Salary: $50,000CAD
- Commission: Performance-based monthly and quarterly incentives (uncapped)
