They are seeking a UX Researcher to join their team on a short-term contract (3–4 months), with the potential for extension. Job Overview
The UX Researcher will play a key role in uncovering user insights that inform design and product decisions. This position requires strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to transform data into actionable recommendations. Responsibilities
- Plan and conduct usability testing, user interviews, surveys, and persona development to gather insights across the product lifecycle.
- Analyze and synthesize findings using Lyssna, SurveyMonkey, Dovetail, Excel, and other research tools to identify user needs and pain points.
- Present research findings and recommendations through clear, compelling reports and presentations tailored to various audiences.
- Collaborate with UX Designers, Product Managers, and Development Teams to ensure insights are actionable and directly inform product design decisions.
- Manage multiple research initiatives simultaneously while meeting all project deadlines and quality standards.
- Continuously refine research methods, documentation, and processes to improve efficiency and consistency.
Qualifications
- 5–8 years of professional UX research experience, ideally within a tech or software organization.
- Proven expertise in usability testing, persona development, and survey design.
- Proficiency with leading UX research and analysis tools, including Lyssna, SurveyMonkey, Dovetail, and Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex findings clearly to diverse audiences.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities, with a focus on meeting project milestones in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams, adapting quickly to evolving priorities.
