This role sits within a high-growth CPG/beverage/dietary supplement company that leads its category with proven profitable growth. With a rapidly expanding sales and distribution network, the team is positioned to scale products globally and drive exponential revenue growth. The leadership team is in place. The mandate now is to execute a scalable retail expansion, optimize operations, and maximize category leadership on the path to a lucrative exit.
What You’ll Do
As VP of Growth Strategy, you will architect and execute growth strategies that combine operational excellence with disciplined execution. You will:
- Translate growth opportunities into scalable strategies across sales, marketing, and operations.
- Lead cross-functional execution of retail expansion, category growth, and new product introductions.
- Design operational frameworks that ensure repeatability, efficiency, and accountability.
- Establish clear KPIs, OKRs, and operating cadences to track and enforce execution discipline.
- Partner with the CEO and senior leaders to align strategic growth priorities with measurable operational outcomes.
- Oversee the integration of performance data, analytics, and insights into everyday decision-making.
- Ensure bottlenecks are unblocked quickly, initiatives stay on track, and results are delivered at pace.
- Contribute directly to board reporting, investor updates, and strategic planning sessions with actionable performance insights.

What You’ll Bring
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in growth strategy, operations, or performance management.
- Proven record of scaling CPG or consumer products, ideally with global distribution.
- Deep expertise in operational frameworks (Six Sigma, Lean, or equivalent process disciplines).
- Demonstrated ability to translate strategy into tactical execution at scale.
- Financial acumen with ability to build models, business cases, and performance tracking systems.
- Exposure to boards, investors, and executive teams, with excellent communication and storytelling skills.
- Comfort leading through influence in global, cross-functional organizations.
- Strong technology fluency across analytics platforms, dashboards, and planning tools.
