Description

We are seeking a Network Administrator to support and maintain our IT and OT network infrastructure across cloud, hybrid, and on-premises environments. This hands-on role focuses on ensuring reliable and secure connectivity, optimizing network automation, monitoring performance, and assisting with cross-functional IT/OT integration efforts.
This position reports to the Senior Network Administrator and works closely with both IT and OT teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Network Infrastructure Support
Maintain and troubleshoot cloud-based, hybrid, and on-premises network systems.
Assist with the configuration and deployment of networking hardware in new and existing facilities.
Create and maintain accurate documentation for network processes and configurations.
Automation & Optimization
Support the use of AI-driven monitoring tools and automated diagnostics to improve network efficiency.
Utilize patch management systems to streamline troubleshooting and system updates.
Incident Response & Security
Participate in disaster recovery testing and ongoing performance monitoring.
Conduct daily network security checks and review dashboards for anomalies.
Help ensure compliance with vendor SLAs and internal standards.
Backup & Server Maintenance
Monitor daily backups and test automated virtual machine restores.
Assist in managing on-premises servers to maintain uptime and performance.
Collaboration & Communication
Work with IT and OT teams to support cross-functional initiatives.
Share insights with team members and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
Certifications such as CCNA, AWS Certified Advanced Networking, or similar
Experience with cloud networking platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and hybrid infrastructures
Solid understanding of firewalls, VPNs, and diagnostic tools
Familiarity with both Linux and Windows Server environments
Strong communication and teamwork skills

Experience in a manufacturing environment is considered a strong asset.
