🔧 Repair & Deployment Technician — Mississauga (On‑Site)

We’re hiring a Repair & Deployment Technician to support a major national migration to new POS technology. This role is perfect for someone who has experience in warehouse, repair, or logistics environments and enjoys hands‑on work with electronic devices.

✨ What You’ll Do

🔹 Repair Centre Responsibilities

  • Inspect, triage, reset, and clean POS terminals.
  • Perform quality checks to ensure all equipment meets set standards.
  • Follow documented SOPs in alignment with ISO9001:2015 requirements.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
  • Work with the repair team to identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements.

🔹 Deployment Centre Responsibilities

  • Support the order‑fulfillment process for deploying POS terminals.
  • Conduct final quality inspections before units are sent out.
  • Coordinate with inventory teams to ensure product availability.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve deployment issues as they arise.

🎓 Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma (technical training is a plus).
  • Experience in a warehouse, repair, or logistics environment preferred.
  • Comfortable handling electronic hardware and basic hand tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team.
  • Proficient with computers and basic Microsoft Office tools.
  • Experience with ERP systems and following SOPs.
  • Physically able to lift up to 45 lbs.
