Confidential Search | Warehouse Supervisor – Etobicoke (Toronto)
We’re partnering with a well-established, privately owned Canadian company to find a hands-on Warehouse and Facilities Supervisor to lead day-to-day warehouse operations and all aspects of building maintenance in a busy Etobicoke facility.
This role is ideal for a detail-driven, roll-up-your-sleeves leader with 3–5+ years of warehouse and facilities supervisory experience, strong inventory and shipping knowledge, reach-truck expertise, and a passion for safety, organization, and continuous improvement. The facilities responsibilities include and managing contractors for required maintenance and all required facility inspections.
You’ll oversee a small warehouse team, ensure accurate and efficient shipping/receiving, maintain inventory integrity, manage carriers, manage facility maintenance, and play a key role in health & safety.
