ACI Brands is a fast-growing Canadian distributor of leading consumer products across fashion accessories, cosmetics, beauty, travel, and sporting goods. We’re looking for a creative, data-driven, and growth-focused Web Design Team Lead to elevate our digital presence, improve user experience, and drive online sales growth across multiple e-commerce brands.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead front-end web design and development for brand and corporate e-commerce sites (Shopify, Webflow, WordPress).

· Conduct UX/UI audits to identify improvement opportunities that enhance usability, engagement, and conversion rates.

· Analyze website performance using Google Analytics and heatmaps; recommend design and content changes based on data insights.

· Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and email automation platforms.

· Manage and prioritize multiple web and e-commerce projects, ensuring alignment with marketing, creative, and business objectives.

· Implement SEO, accessibility (WCAG 2.1), and responsive design best practices to ensure consistent performance across devices.

· Collaborate with internal teams (Creative, Marketing, and Sales) to develop on-brand visuals and promotional content.

Growth & Optimization Focus

You will take ownership of initiatives that directly impact website growth and revenue generation, including:

· Website growth strategy: Identify new traffic sources and explore sales growth opportunities through UX and CRO (conversion rate optimization).

· Product page optimization: Enhance page layouts, visuals, and content to boost engagement and sales.

· Checkout flow improvement: Identify bottlenecks, propose A/B tests, and implement solutions to increase checkout completion rates.

· Upselling and cross-selling: Incorporate strategic upsell opportunities and bundle promotions to lift average order value.

· Email and remarketing campaigns: Work with marketing to design and execute personalized email flows and remarketing ads.

· Promotion and campaign planning: Support seasonal campaigns, loyalty offers, and promotional event strategies to maximize ROI.

Qualifications

· 3–5 years of experience in web design, e-commerce, or digital marketing, preferably in a consumer goods or retail environment.

· Strong skills in HTML, CSS, and Shopify Liquid (JavaScript/jQuery a plus).

· Hands-on experience managing and customizing Shopify stores and integrating with marketing tools.

· Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, XD, or Figma) for design and mockups.

· Experience using Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and A/B testing tools (Hotjar, Optimizely, etc.).

· Understanding of SEO principles, accessibility standards, and UX best practices.

· Excellent project management and leadership skills with a proven ability to manage deadlines and cross-functional teams.

· Bachelor’s degree in Design, Marketing, or related field (certifications in web design, UX, or digital marketing are an asset).
