The team needs someone with active certifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the Workday Adaptive Planning system, ensuring its optimal performance and availability. Configuration and Customization: Configure and customize the system to meet the specific needs of the organization, including building models, reports, and dashboards.
  • Oversee the integration of data from various sources into Workday Adaptive Planning, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
  • Provide ongoing support and training to end-users, addressing any issues or questions related to the system.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements within the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) function and implement solutions within the Workday Adaptive Planning system.
  • Develop and maintain financial reports and dashboards to support business decision-making.
  • Ensure that the system complies with all relevant regulations and internal security policies
  • Work closely with finance, IT, and other business units to understand their needs and ensure the system meets their requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience working with Workday Adaptive Planning or similar financial planning systems.
  • Proficiency in system administration, data integration, and report building within Workday Adaptive Planning.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of work.
  • Certifications: Workday Adaptive Planning certification
